Major bug fixes and improvements to the multiplayer mode:
- Bug fix: removed from lobby while waiting
- Bug fix: wave editor not saving when changing a section
- Multiplayer: show timer until start of the event while in the lobby
- Multiplayer: horn blast when a multiplayer event is starting and when a heat is finishing
- Multiplayer: less time to wait in the lobby
- Gameplay: HUD clean up
This update also contains some internal changes in preparation for mobile cross-play.
