Bug fixes

• If you didn't play a tournament, click on the leaderboard gets you to an empty page.
• Block access to world tour if the player doesn't have an account.

Improvements

• Community waves: show the number of likes for your own waves
• Community map: message to add a missing spot
• Update X/Twitter icon
• World tour: add mention about 6 stops counted
• Mobile version: hide extra button for the bodyboarding version
• Android version: upgrade SDK version
